Easy start
Since you are new in Previo we need to start with some basic settings which are a must if you plan to start using your brand new Previo profile properly.
- Fill in contact and billing information (Settings / Hotel / Basic + Contacts)
- Create rooms (Settings / Hotel / Rooms)
- Select the accepted currencies (Prices / Currencies and Exchange rates )
- Set accommodation tax (Prices / Visitor tax)
- Set accommodation rates (Prices / Prices)
- Set allowed payment options (Settings / Online reservations / Payments)
- Set meal price (if offered) (Prices / Meals)
- Set terms and conditions (Settings / Online reservation / Terms and conditions)
- EXTRA - go through other subsections (Settings / Hotel / ...)
